Since school has started up, I decided it was time to step it up and send out a care package to Uncle Alex - wishing him good luck this semester at Mizzou - not that he needs it of course! What better to add to the care package than brownies and who better to help than - Logan!
He did a great job mixing and even helping dump in one of the cracked eggs! He especially enjoyed pouring the ingredients into the bowl and then of course getting a little taste of what was left in the bowl before sending them to the oven - the best part in my opinion!
As soon as Jason found out Uncle Alex was getting brownies, he petitioned that he needed some for himself as well - okay, so maybe I wanted some too, so we made another batch! And voila - Logan's finished product turned out quite yummy!
