Site Seeing In Kansas City

How many people site see in their own city?! Okay, so maybe it's not called site seeing when you live here. Anyway, this past weekend Grandma Jill and Grandpa Ronnie were in town and we spent a lot of time enjoying fun things around the city.

Logan had a wonderful time checking out each room at Wonderscope. As you can see he thoroughly enjoyed the H2Oh! Room as well as the Market where he was able to push all the buttons on the cash register - maybe he likes numbers like his dad?? What a wonderful place - we'll be back for sure!
Loose Park
Back to Loose Park again to see the ducks. This time we packed a wonderful picnic of muffelettas, homemade pasta salad, fresh fruit, warm fudge brownies and a bottle of wine (minus the wine for Logan!) We also took a stroll through the rose garden which Logan was thrilled about since he loves flowers so much!

Crown Center
We enjoyed lunch at Fritz's Railroad Restaurant for the first time where our burgers were delivered to us via a train. Logan had a blast in his conductors hat and loved watching the trains. Afterward we ventured over to see a great Lego exhibit and then across the street to play in the spray fountains. We were pleasantly surprised when being asked (via loudspeaker) to step out of the fountains because a show was about to begin. We then sat and watched a private (because it was too cold for anyone else to play in the fountains!) show of water spouting in sync to the Kansas City Symphony - it was incredible.

Also not my video but to check out a bit of the water show outside Crown Center, Click Here!
